TODA LA VIDA
Written, Edited & Directed by René Vargas Madrigal
Starring Janneth Murillo Villanueva, Gisela Madrigal
Janneth is a young college student who is experiencing moments of conflict in her personal, intimate, family and social life. This coupled with the psycho-emotional background of her family end up teaching Janneth a life lesson.
A post-modern coming of age film which touches on various film genres such as comedy, drama, and even psychological horror; yet evokes modes of performative documentary and stream of consciousness self-portrait. "Toda la Vida" functions as a collection of vignetted memories while making use of found footage to create a stream of consciousness presenting the director's personality at the time.
